Delivery across India
Delivery is nationwide across India, typically 3-4 working days, with free shipping. We don't do real-time pincode-level ETA lookups yet — for a specific delivery estimate to your area, WhatsApp support can help.
Tracking is shared after dispatch. Use Track order for your order or contact support for delivery questions.
Payment options
Checkout supports full prepaid payment, and on eligible orders, a partial-COD option (pay a small token amount online, the rest in cash on delivery) — eligibility is shown at checkout, not guaranteed for every order.
Full cash-on-delivery isn't offered — but a partial-COD option exists on eligible orders (small token paid online, rest paid in cash at the door). Eligibility shows at checkout.
Problems with a delivery
Defective or damaged products must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery and may be replaced or exchanged after review. Returns and refunds are not offered for change of mind, fragrance preference, or an opened product that is not defective or damaged. Return shipping is not free; contact WhatsApp support for approval and instructions before sending anything back.
